About this app
Blue Ridge Owner is the property owners' app for BlueRidgeCondos.com, a vacation rental site for the Blue Ridge Mountains. It shows your bookings, from today's guests to past stays, with guest names, dates and the money for each stay, and lets you switch between your listings.
Block or open nights on the calendar, set prices and seasons, edit your listing, photos and clips, answer guest and cleaner messages, check each cleaning with its checklist and photos, and pay the cleaner, all inside the app. Supplies your cleaners ask for land on a reorder list with one button that fills an Amazon cart. New owners can apply to list their property right in the app and start setting it up while it waits for approval.
